An online ADHD test with no sign-up and no email gate

Short answer

You can take the screener on ADHDFalcon without creating an account, giving an email address or paying. The official ASRS v1.1 outcome appears as soon as you answer the six questions. Your answers are stored encrypted for a limited time so the result page works, and you can delete them yourself. An email is only involved if you choose the optional paid report.

Some screening sites ask for your email before revealing a result, then send weeks of marketing. If you would rather not trade contact details for an answer, this page explains exactly what you will and will not be asked for here.

What you will not be asked for

What happens to your answers

To show you a result page, the site has to keep your answers somewhere for a while. They are stored encrypted, together with the outcome, and unpaid attempts are kept only for a limited retention period. The live screener shows the period that applies. A Delete my answers control on the result page lets you remove them sooner and revokes private links.

Your answers and screening outcome are not sent to analytics or advertising tools. The full details are in our privacy policy, which is worth a skim if you share a device.

When an email does come into it

Only if you decide to buy the optional $7.95 educational report. Then an email address is used so the report link can reach you, and payment is handled by the checkout provider without your screening answers. If you never open the report offer, none of that happens.

Why other sites ask for your email first

Asking for an email before showing a result is a common marketing pattern. It builds a mailing list, and the waiting can make a result feel more valuable than it is. Neither reason helps you understand your answers.

A screener result is short. With the ASRS v1.1 it comes down to a count of shaded answers and whether that count reaches four. There is nothing about it that needs to be delivered later by email.

Keeping your result without an account

Since there is no account to log back into, save what you need before you close the page. Writing down the outcome, the shaded count and the date takes a few seconds and gives you a record that stays under your control, even after the stored answers expire or you delete them.

What you get without signing up

Part 1 is the official ASRS v1.1 Adult ADHD Self-Report Screener, created by Dr. Lenard Adler (NYU) and Dr. Ronald Kessler (Harvard). Your shaded-box count and whether that counts as a positive screen appear right away, along with an explanation. Part 2, the ADHDFalcon Attention Profile, is an original, non-clinical set of 24 statements across six everyday areas. Its full 0 to 100 area scores and Everyday Attention Load sit in the paid report; they are descriptive only, have no norms, and do not measure ADHD.

Small privacy habits that help

No sign-up does not mean no follow-up

Skipping an account makes the screener easy to try, but the outcome still deserves a next step if it raises questions. A positive screen suggests a fuller evaluation may be worth arranging. A negative one does not rule out ADHD, especially if daily life still feels hard.

For example, someone might take the screener anonymously tonight, write the outcome on a sticky note, and mention it at a routine checkup next month. No account is needed for any of that.
