Task switching test
Sort a symbol by color or shape as the rule changes. This game compares your response time on trials that switch rules with trials that repeat the previous rule. It also counts errors.
How to play
Read the rule above each symbol. For Color, choose Blue or Copper. For Shape, choose Circle or Square. Use the buttons or keys 1 and 2. There are 33 trials. The first is practice; the rest include 16 switches and 16 repeats.
Your numbers describe this game on this device, not a clinical ability. This is not an ADHD test. There are no norms or comparisons with other people.

Frequently asked questions
Is this an ADHD test?
The games and planning tools are not ADHD tests. They cannot diagnose ADHD or change an ASRS screening outcome. Only the separately labeled adult screener provides an official screening result, which is still not a diagnosis.
